I never used to care too much about what I wore to bed. Usually, it was just leggings or shorts and and old tee. I figured that just any old thing would do, and while that is true, I have actually found that I sleep better with real pajamas. It’s sounds crazy, but hear me out. Putting on pajamas actually helps establish a bedtime routine. Yes, washing up, brushing your teeth and other nightly rituals signal to your brain that it is time for bed, but something about a fun pair of matching pajamas makes bedtime that much more special.

Until recently, I never focused on getting enough sleep each night. I used to work into the early hours of the morning and then wake up the next day feeling groggy and almost like I had a faint hangover from sleep deprivation. It definitely wasn’t healthy, and I was run down, getting sick often and generally unhappy. Since focusing on getting 8 hours of sleep, I have been feeling so much calmer throughout the day, I have more energy and my skin feels more radiant. We really do need our beauty sleep!

Part of what helped me get in the habit of getting to bed on time is my nighttime ritual – my favorite part of which is slipping into a cute pajama set!

How do you get your beauty sleep?

These are all such cute PJ sets! I really try to get 8 hours each night, and I love the feature on my iPhone which tells me when to fall asleep to get 8 hours. It’s trying to make sure everything is done before then that’s the challenge!

New pajamas are great and sets are even better, it’s sorta like matching underwear isn’t it!

I have #3 and love them! Even better that they don’t get super hot at night.
