This is the time of year that I usually jump into darker hues. For the past six months or so, I could have been spotted in bright colors at least 90% of the time. As much as I love vibrant hues for their uplifting nature, there is nothing quite as sleek as classic black. I love pairing my leather moto jacket with almost any outfit for an edgy vibe. Although this olive dress (also available in black) is a beautiful muted tone for fall, pairing it with black leather brought it to a whole new level.

I wore this look in NYC last month, and it was a perfect transitional outfit. I felt most comfortable and most flattered in this Ulla Johnson dress, and love the feminine bow detailing on the shoulders.

The perfect complement to an olive midi dress and a leather jacket? A leopard print calf hair crossbody, of course! I’ve featured this bag before because it is one of my favorites. I love that we accept leopard print and other animal prints as a neutral. This bag works with almost anything!
